NZ Nationwide targeted overnight delivery to all Metro areas. Excludes RD addresses. - We Use Poste Haste. 
Couriers are collected at 9am weekdays and orders are picked and packed to go the following weekday at 9am.


Delivery is overnight by 12 noon to business premises. We also offer a same day delivery service depending on the destination.

2 Day between Islands

Delivery is 2nd business day by 12 noon between islands. This gives you an economical option if delivery isn't urgent.


Delivery to rural addresses by 6pm. Note that this service may add an additional day to our normal standard and a signature may not be able to be obtained.

Our service is signature required and if you are not home when delivery occurs a card will be left for you to arrange re delivery. 

If you provide us with an Authority to leave we cannot take any responsibility for missing packages or Stolen Products from your address. 

When your order has shipped you will receive a tracking number with all the information.

If your delivery is delayed or has not arrived please contact us and we can lodge a request with Post Haste.

If your item is picked up on a Friday afternoon it will be delivered Monday as there is no guaranteed weekend service available at this point. (Some drivers will deliver on a Saturday but we have no control over this) -

Public Holidays & Stat Holidays mean no pickups, so please ensure when booking around the Christmas & Easter periods etc that this is taken into consideration. 
Our offices are closed all stat days and courier deliveries and pick ups are not in work on these days either so please make sure you are aware of this if ordering for dates around Xmas , Easter & new year etc.

Please note we are closed from the 23rd Dec at lunchtime to the 5th Jan. 
Things such as weather, processing issues or large influx's of packages being processed through the system at times such as Christmas can cause hiccups/delays with packages. Please ensure you allow at least 2 days before you need the item. 

Because of this we advise that should you need something for an event on the weekend to be on the safe side please ensure you order before WEDNESDAY 9am.



We take great pride in making sure we bring in great products you will love as much as we do. Should an item be faulty upon your receipt we will gladly exchange or refund the item.
7 Days to lodge the return on our site and 14 days to ensure the item is returned to us

Please ensure you send back a copy of the invoice with your parcel.

This speeds up the process and allows us to match your return with your order

At Miss Bliss Nails & Beauty Ltd we offer a store credit or exchange on your purchase should the item not be correct, unless the item is a sale item.
If something is faulty we will however offer a full refund of the purchase price.

Choose carefully as we do not refund if you change your mind.
If the goods are faulty we will meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act

SALE ITEMS cannot be sent back for an exchange unless deemed to be faulty where a full refund will be processed
Sale items include Clearance items and one off Flash Sale items.

Items being sent back must be as follows
-       Completely unused
-       Original Packaging

Anything sent back to us that does not follow the above will be returned to the sender

Any items sent back for exchange will be at the customer’s expense unless it is faulty and the postage for this will be covered by Miss Bliss Nails & Beauty Ltd.
